CDM Principal Designer

Manages health and safety risk during the project in compliance with CDM Regulations (2015).

  • Advising clients on their duties under CDM 2015
  • Coordinating health and safety during pre-construction activities
  • Reviewing and managing design risk information

  • Preparing and maintaining the Pre-Construction Information (PCI)

Ensures designs meet Building Regulations and are properly coordinated for compliance.
