With the average age of church buildings increasing all the time and the associated problems of maintenance, disabled access and increasing running costs it is normal for users to consider the options available (refurbishment / new build) to overcome these issues.

We therefore believe that feasibility studies are a vital starting point in the church project management process and this is a service we can offer to enable the Client to establish initial designs, cost implications to determine the best way forward with only a relatively low initial fee commitment.

We also offer a full range of services from initial designs and planning applications to detailed design, tender information, and contract administration up to hand over of the completed project.
