We have provided 'stand-alone' Principal Designer services for a wide range of projects, from minor works to projects of more than £5m in value. Our 'standard' service includes :
Provide CDM advice to all duty holders
Advise and assist the Client with their duties
Notify the Health & Safety Executive (HSE)
Co-ordinate Health and Safety aspects of the design work and co-operate with all other parties involved with the project
Facilitate good communication between Client, Designers and Contractors
Prepare the Pre-Construction Information
Manage the flow of design information between all duty holders
Inspect and review the Principal Contractor's Construction Phase Plan
On completion of the project prepare / update the Health and Safety File in a user friendly format

CDM Advisor Site Inspections
In addition to the above, we can also offer follow up site inspection services to ensure that the Principal Contractor is adhering to the Construction Phase Plan

We can provide in-house training to update your staff on the latest CDM Regulations requirements.
